Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module students will be able to: - understand and correctly use the basic concepts of business administration, - describe the basic structure of companies and characterize different business models, - identify the framework conditions for entrepreneurial activity and explain them for specific companies, - identify key aspects of sustainable management and apply them to case studies, - explain and calculate various indicators for measuring corporate success, - explain the process of corporate management and apply it to simple examples, - make and justify fundamental business decisions based on key decision-making criteria using simple business examples.
