The total workload is distributed on the semester (01.04.-30.09. during the summer term, 01.10.-31.03. during the winter term).

Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module students will be able to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge they have acquired during their studies to solve a specific problem. Students will have deepened their knowledge of how to apply the principles of scientific work and be able to present their thoughts in a structured manner in writing and defend them orally.

In consultation with their employer and the module coordinator, students will define a research question that is analyzed using theoretical methods and applied to a specific example. Their findings will be presented in a paper of approximately 50 pages.
