Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module, students will be able to: - present and evaluate the most important forms of personnel management organization; - distinguish between strategic and operational personnel planning and apply appropriate methods for both planning levels in cases of average complexity; - describe the function and purpose of remuneration systems and parameters of fair pay, and apply them to simple to moderately complex cases; - explain the relationship between performance and performance evaluation and describe the possible variants of a performance management system; - explain the tasks and forms of personnel controlling and set up simple personnel reporting with suitable key figures and a simple HR risk management system.
